Welcome to Summer Camp Adventures with Technology and Education (SCATE), the adventure camp where creativity is encouraged, lives are transformed, memories are made, and lifelong friendships are formed.
The SCATE Summer Camp allows teens to experience fun, exciting, educational, and technological training while enjoying nature. We help our participants bring their imaginations to life while learning competitive skills. Students also experience cultural adventures that broaden their experiences and creativity.
We believe diversity drives and moulds innovation, and as such, SCATE embraces cultural diversity and international participants with interests in technology, innovation, and education that transform, empower, and challenge students’ creativity and minds. We envision a Jamaica that creates the environment to unearth our student’s greatest potential in technology and education.
Mission.
At Adventure Camp, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where campers are inspired to become the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs and develop essential life skills.
We believe in fostering creativity, a sense of community, resourcefulness, innovation, problem-solving, and leadership by engaging teens and young adults in design, innovation, technology and education throughout the summer.

Our Projects Support At-Risk Youth
Each year, SCATE empowers at-risk youth across Jamaica by providing free access to transformative educational opportunities and participation in the camp.
At-risk youth who participate in the SCATE summer camp gain access to a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where they are introduced to practical skills, innovative thinking, and career pathways often unavailable in their communities. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship from industry professionals, and exposure to real-world applications of technology and sustainability, these students build confidence, expand their aspirations, and develop a stronger sense of purpose. The fully sponsored programme ensures that financial barriers do not limit their potential, creating a platform for long-term personal growth, academic motivation, and social empowerment.
